A series of classes, Essential Skills for Teens, is being offered in March in Old Saybrook. Some of the classes are open to any teen and parents in the shoreline area, and some are for Old Saybrook students only.

The goal of the Essential Life Skills for Teens Series is to encourage a growth mindset, with each teenager leaving each class with improved competency and confidence.

The Essential Life Skills Series offers high school students information and practical skill-building to increase self-efficacy in important foundational life skills. All classes are taught by expert professionals from the community, and the classes are free.
