01/15/2020 11:01 PMPamela Morgan, an award winning Guilford watercolor artist, will be displaying her works through Sunday, March 1 at Mercy by the Sea, 167 Neck Road, Madison.
There will be an opening reception at the Mercy Center on Sunday, Jan. 26 from 2 to 4 p.m., with a snow date of Sunday, Feb. 2. Light refreshments will be served.
Morgan is a member of Lyme Art Association, Essex Art Association, Madison Art Society, Guilford Art League, Connecticut Watercolor Society, and New England Watercolor Society.
“Because of the demands of life and family, I did not paint for about 25 years,” Morgan says. “Now I’m back doing what I love best. I am a watercolor artist. I love the way that water and colors mix with the most amazing results. I paint with a brightness rarely seen in watercolor. My paintings are all about design and color. I am always receptive to new ideas and techniques.”
