While not great news for the owner, Laura Grimmer, she has doubled down on her promise to keep the kitchenwares store open until she finds just the right buyer, by offering a series of in-store demo classes through April—Valentine’s Day Desserts in February, knife skills in March, and pie crust in April. But move quickly if you are interested. The first class, in January, sold out within several minutes of her sending out the email notification.
