Road Race for a Cause

The eighth annual North Haven Rotary and Tessa Marie Memorial 5k & Walk will be Sunday, Nov. 10 at the North Haven High School, 221 Elm Street, North Haven, with registration at 8 a.m.

The one-mile walk and road race both kick off at 10 a.m.

Registration can be done in advance by visiting active.com and searching on “North Haven.” The registration page also includes a video of the 5k route.

As always, all proceeds benefit community charities and causes. Half of the proceeds go toward children in need, while the remaining half will go toward other local charities.

This year, the committee will donate half of the net proceeds to the newly opened Ulbrich Boys & Girls Club of North Haven. Proceeds will go toward program supplies for the game room.
