The Copper Beech Inn, 46 Main Street, Ivoryton is now open for both lunch and Sunday brunch. The owner, Frank Perrotti, and his crew have come up with menus that look both delicious and reasonably priced. Claudia Odekerken, who works there, says Perrotti wants to make sure that people who live locally know they are welcome to stop in anytime for breakfast, lunch, or a casual dinner, and not just for special occasions. The brunch menu, served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays includes a variety of breakfast options, ranging from omelettes to French toast, along with entrées that include crab cakes, a salmon salad, steak frites, and pizza. There are sandwiches as well. Lunch is served Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the menu offers a variety of salads, lobster bisque, burgers, sandwiches and several desserts. The inn has a fun late night menu as well, served Friday and Saturday from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. that includes charcuterie, a flatbread of the day, and lobster ravioli in a vodka sauce.
