Luckily for us on the shoreline, Ballou’s Restaurant & Wine Bar, 51 Whitfield Street, Guilford is offering a class about that on Tuesday, April 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event, which costs $15, is limited to 30 people and attendees will get to take home a complimentary glass and try some Woodford Reserve Bourbon from Woodford County, Kentucky.
