A wonderful collection of New England seafood recipes—everything from chowders, pizzas, main dishes, and even desserts and sides—aimed at the home cook. As a sous chef, a cooking school instructor, and the wife of a deep sea fisherman, Watson Murphy really had the knowledge and resources to put together a terrific seafood cookbook. From poached salmon salad to fettucine with scallops in a rosemary cream sauce, this is a book to treasure. I enjoyed spending time poring over the mouth- watering photos and recipes.
