If you’re a fan of The Hop Knot in Middletown, you’ll be happy to hear that it recently opened a new location in New Haven. The Hop Knot is known for its selection of over-the-top pretzel offerings, like its Truffle Mac and Cheese Stuffed Pretzel, and craft beer. While most like a cold beer after work or on the weekend to unwind, I’m thinking eating my feelings with a mac and cheese-stuffed pretzel will probably do the trick for me.
