The Side Dish Handbook by Tori Ritchie

In search of good recipes for root vegetables and other seasonally available vegetables, I ran across this slim volume in the sale rack of my local independent bookseller. Celery root remoulade, golden flannel hash, sweet-hot roasted carrots, parsnips and carrot latkes, and sweet potato gratin with sage cream? Sounds good. This will keep me busy through the winter and beyond that, too, since there are lots of great recipes for spring veggies, too. It was published in 2014, so you might have to request it as a special order, but it will be well worth the wait.
