Where to Eat in New Haven? Claire’s!

An article published in late October in The New York Times on the art of Maya Lin included a recommendation, at the bottom of the article, under the headline: “Where to Eat in New Haven.” The recommendation? Claire’s Corner Copia, 1000 Chapel Street, New Haven, owned and operated by East Haven’s Claire Criscuolo. The article’s author, the Cultured Traveler’s Noel Rubinton, described it as “a lively, delicious vegetarian (and kosher) restaurant and a “bright place with a wide variety of food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” I agree! I’ve been Facebook stalking them recently and plan to make a trip soon for a bowl of soup, or maybe their curry of the day, or their chorizo flavored tacos. Hmmm. Might have to make one more trip. Find out more at www.clairescornercopia.com or by calling 203-562-3888.
