San Francisco’s loss is Connecticut’s gain. Angela Salvatore, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who has more than a decade’s worth of experience in San Francisco and the Napa Valley, recently relocated to the Connecticut shoreline and her cookies are now being stocked at Willow & Birch, 36 Wall Street, Madison.
