On Saturday, Oct. 21, the Chalk Art Festival will return for its second year and have local artists creating chalk masterpieces on the sidewalks outside of The Shops at Yale. A professional artist will also be creating a chalk mural under the theme of “fract or fiction” on the Broadway Island. There’s no cost to attend, and even the parking is free.
