On Saturday, Oct. 7 from 4 to 6 p.m., there will be a trunk show with New England Artist Alyssa Watters featuring her coasters, desk and poster calendars, note cards, trivets, and paintings. Artistic themes focus on birds, coastal scenes, and everyday items.
On Sunday, Oct. 8 from 1 to 3 p.m., there will be a book signing with local author and photographer Caryn B. Davis in the store with her recently released coffee table book, A Connecticut Christmas. The book, a photographic journey celebrating classic New England traditions, captures the beauty and spirit that surround Christmas. The images are complemented by essays penned by Eric Lehman.
On Saturday, Oct. 14 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. there will be a trunk show with local artisan Alina Schwartzman, showcasing her colorful bracelets created from various combinations integrating fine rope, beads, small charms and fabric. These adornments exude a boho chic vibe, and some can be worn as stackables.
