Julius Caesar Coming to the Shoreline

The Shoreline Actors Collective advanced acting troupe at Kidz Konnection Theater Academy and the Clinton Historical Society (CHS) will present William Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar at the seventh annual Shakespeare in the Garden production Saturday, Aug. 12 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. in the gardens at CHS, Old Brick, 103 East Main Street, Clinton.

Actors include Nicolaas van Yperen (Deep River) as Julius Caesar, Dan Ayotte (Clinton) as Brutus, Hayley Haggerty (Clinton) as Antony, and Marketa Hlouskova (Guilford) as Cassius, heading up a stellar cast of talent. Kidz Konnection has just been named 2017’s number one Best Community Theater in the CT Now New Haven Readers Poll.

The beautiful gardens at the historical Old Brick building are a perfect backdrop to enjoy a picnic meal with family and enjoy free outdoor theater. The home will be open during shows for tours and bathroom needs.
