The Hottest Table in Town

Folks on the Connecticut shoreline and in the Connecticut River valley know chef Paul Barron for many reasons. Among them, he’s contributed his culinary skills to the Union League Café in New Haven, the Weekend Kitchen in Essex, and the Scranton Seahorse Inn in Madison; he’s taught adult education classes in Middletown and Branford; and he’s well known for his catering, cooking classes, and holistic approach to food and menus. Now he’s planning a series of dinner parties at his new place featuring seasonal menu items. Like the best dinner parties, guests will be welcome not only in the dining area, but also the kitchen. It’s called The “Table” @ Chef Paul Barron, at 837 Boston Post Road in Madison, and every Thursday evening he plans to offer one table with 12 seats, four courses, and two seatings at $55 per person.
