Throughout the summer, diners can select from a three-course menu, each paired with a wine from the wine cellar. You can eat inside in the dining room or outside under the stars on the patio. La Foresta, awarded a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2016, will feature dishes including salumi e formaggi paired with Julia James Pinot Noir; caprese paired with Sharpe Hill Vineyard Ballet of Angels; cavatelli rabe and sausage paired with Barone Fini Pinot Grigio; and gnocci di patate paired with Collegiata Montepulciano. Desserts include tiramisu paired with Sharpe Hill Dry Riesling and cannolis paired with Maschio Prosecco Brut.
