Get Notti at the Robin Hood's Faire
The Connecticut Renaissance Faire was in full swing with medieval jousting, music, and family fun. Robinhood leads the Parade of Doom.
The Robin Hood's Faire in North Haven continues this weekend, including May 27, May 28, and Memorial Day. But after the kids go home, there will be Nottingham After Dark for adults on Saturday night.
The event includes drinks from Thimble Island Brewing Company, The Poprah Show featuring irreverent reverends giving adult humor, music by Drunk & Disorderly, a cleavage contest, and a Men in Kilts contest.
Nottingham After Dark takes place from 7 to 10 p.m. There is no extra charge to attend if you have a faire ticket for the same day. Guests must be 18 or older to see the shows and 21 or older with ID to drink.
The event is part of the faire's Bromance & Brew Weekend, which also includes a beer chugging contest on Saturday and vow renewals with Friar Tuck on Sunday.
