The Perfect Pear, 51 Main Street, Chester will host a class on Knife Skills Thursday, June 15 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. “This is a hard-core, hands-on chopping, tips, and tricks class. We will focus on cutting and knife skills, mostly through your own work under the chef’s supervision. There will be some knife skills shown as demo, but most of it will be you with the knife and a cutting board.
