More Than 100 Artists, Artisans, Opera Stars, Folk Singers Expected at Shoreline Spring Festival

Art and music mix it up at the Eight Annual Shoreline Spring Festival on the Madison Green, Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. More than 100 artisan booths will feature New England artisans displaying pottery, jewelry, woodworking, clothing, fiber, fine art, and photography. Local opera star Marc Deaton will entertain shoppers along with the Jolly Beggars Irish folk singers. Jamilah Zebarth returns with her henna creations, as well as Paul Thomas of Vermont Stoneworks. Eileen Clark from Guilford will be bringing handcrafted jewelery and gifts of beach glass. New food vendors include Island Cow Ice Cream from Boothbay Harbor, and gourmet chocolate sauces and candies from New Hampshire, stuffed breads and pastries from A & B Bakery in New Jersey and organic food and treats for dogs.
