Sip. Breathe. Peace.

I like my coffee in the morning, my tea in the afternoon, and, sometimes, tea again in the evening. I recently saw a blend, offered at South Lane Bistro, 63 Whitfield Street, Guilford, that is perfect for an evening after a long day. Called Peaceful Mind, it includes rose petal, rose hip, lemon peel, hibiscus flower, chamomile, and lemon verbena. It’s a signature tea made for South Lane Bistro by Wild Sage Apothecary out of Renee Dixon’s home studio on Bokum Road in Chester. If you’re not going to be in Guilford anytime soon, you can also order it from Wild Sage Apothecary’s Etsy site, where they also offer another blend with rose petals, rose hip, lemon balm, lemon verbena, and lemon peel that is billed as both refreshing and revitalizing. If you’re having one of those days and a mere cuppa Peaceful Mind just won’t do the trick, Wild Sage Apothecary also sells a blend of rose petals, chamomile flower, lavender, and Himalayan salt that you can throw in your bath. Steep yourself. Sound good? Head on over to www.wildsageapothecary.com to find out more.
