‘Question, Persuade, Refer’ Suicide Prevention Program Offered

A suicide prevention training session for teens (7th grade and up) known as QPR (question, persuade, refer) is being offered for free on Sunday, April 19 at St. Lawrence Church Hall, Hemlock Dr., Killingworth from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Ann Dagle of Brian T. Dagle Memorial Foundation will lead the training.

The session will outline a series of steps to take and questions to ask of a friend who’s hurting and might be at risk for suicide.
