The Henry Carter Hull Library, 10 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton will once again screen this year’s Oscar-nominated short films for free, with the support of the Clinton Insurance Center. Visit the library two Sundays in a row to see the best of the best. Popcorn will be provided by Chips’ Pub III.

On Sunday, Feb. 12 at 12:30 p.m. Documentary Short Subject-nominated titles include: 4.1 Miles, Extremis, Joe’s Violin, The White Helmets, and Watani: My Homeland. Unrated. 154 Minutes.

On Sunday, Feb. 19 at 12:30 p.m Live Action & Animated-nominated titles include: Live Action-Ennemies Intérieurs, La Femme et le TGV, Silent Nights, Sing (Mindenki), and Timecode; Animated-Blind Vaysha, Borrowed Time, Pear Cider and Cigarettes, Pearl, and Piper. Unrated. 190 Minutes.
