Mexican Spice and Everything Nice

On a recent trip to Willoughby’s, one of my friends ordered a Mexican Spice Mocha. She offered me and one of our other friends a sip, and we immediately regretted having ordering only coffee, even though the coffee at Willoughby’s is always excellent. The Mexican Spice Mocha was delicious, and includes a shot of espresso, some milk (skim milk in this case), and a Mexican spice mix that includes vanilla, almond, and cinnamon. Our friend Kara describes it like this, “it has a little bit of spice and the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It’s a new take on the chai latte with a different type of spice.” It’s the perfect antidote to a chilly winter day.
