Friday Nights at the Inn


Scranton Seahorse Inn at 818 Boston Post Road, in Madison is offering a series of Friday night dinners, featuring a four-course meal prepared by Chef Paul Barron with the help of Pastry Chef Michael Hafford, who is also the innkeeper. The inn says the menu will change frequently and will be sure to “impress your taste buds and warm your winter blues.” The menu on Friday, Feb. 10 and 17 will include lobster bisque; a French green bean salad with a lemon vinagrette; braised beef short rib with gnocchi, caramelized cipolini onions, snow peas, and red wine jus; and chocolate pots de creme with chocolate hazelnut tuille, and whipped cream.
