06/11/2014 12:00 AMOn Saturday, June 21 between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., stop in at Chester Library for the first of the library's Pop-Up programs-"The Art of Grill Pizza" by Chester resident Dominick Bosco.
The author of the paperback The Joy of Grill Pizza, Bosco will be making up to six pizzas (including dessert pizzas) on gas grills right outside the library. Watch him stretch the pizza dough and create the pizzas-quickly and easily, right on the grill-while he talks about what he's doing and answers your questions. Then enjoy a slice of the pizza, right off the grill!
Copies of The Joy of Grill Pizza will be available for purchase. The program is brought to you by the Friends of the Library. There is no need to pre-register. In case of heavy rain, the program will be on Saturday, June 28.
