Hilltop Quilters Featured at Senior Center

The Hilltop Quilters are the featured artists in the Estuary Regional Senior Center's Marshview Gallery (220 Main Street, Old Saybrook) for the month of September. The public is invited to a reception in the group members' honor on Friday, Sept. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Hilltop Quilters meets once a week at the Essex Congregational Church. Members share fabrics and ideas and participate in a show-and-tell program. Quilts are donated to children's hospitals and safe houses across the state. The group includes members Ruth Adams, Bev Astles, Ginger Bladen, Debbie Bunn, Sandy Caravello, Bim Christianson, Joyce Decken, Jan Unghire, Winnie King, Carolyn Lintelmann, Diana Marino, MaryAnne McCarry, Mike Neville, Nancy Olson, Joan Pollock, and Laura Powell.
