What to Wear: Niagara Falls
The coldest months in Niagara Falls are from November to March when temperatures average between 21°F and 39°F. Visitors should always anticipate some spray coming off the falls and dress accordingly. A cashmere base layer with a waterproof overcoat will do the trick.
