The Connecticut Open returned to the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale in New Haven drawing tennis legends Michael Chang, James Blake, Martina Navratilova, Mats Wilander, and Mark Phillippoussis for PowerShares Legends Events. The opening night ceremony was presented by Yale University on Aug. 21.
