There's nothing more relaxing than enjoying a cool drink while sitting poolside or on a beach watching the sun set. And while many summertime drinks can be fruity and sweet, the Scoville Sipper will make you feel like sinking your chair into the white sands of Playa del Carmen to gaze out at the surreal blue Caribbean Sea.

Scoville Sipper

½ jalapeno, cut into slices, chopped, seeded,
and muddled

½ ounces tequila

1 tablespoon agave

½ tablespoon lime juice

2 dashes bitters

Soda water

Fresh cilantro spring (for garnish)

Divide the muddled jalapeno between two glasses. Add the tequila, agave, lime juice, and bitters into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well, and pour into the two glasses. Top each glass with a splash of soda, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
