Troop 490 Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Patrick Fahey
An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held on Friday June 9th at
the St MargaretChurch Hall. The Court of Honor was well
attended by Local and State officialsas well as friends and family
in Troop 490. Patrick Fahey has been in Troop 490since 2010.
He has served as Den Chief, Patrol Leader and Senior Patrol Leader.
Patrick's Eagle Project was the revitalization of the Plaza at the Jeffrey
Elementary School in Madison. Raised Beds for plants and vegetables
were installed as well as benches for classes to use outside.Patrick
received letters of achievement from Tom Banisch from the Town of
Madison, one from the State of Connecticut from Noreen Kokoruda and
one from CT Representative Joe Courtney. Patrick and hisfamily wish to
thank Troop 490 for all their support over the years. Patrick's brother
Colie was also an Eagle Scout from Troop 490. They also wish to thank
St. Margarets for the use of the Parish Hall.
