A new exhibit entitled, “Seasons on the Shoreline,” at The Valentine H. Zahn Community Gallery at the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center, will feature selected works from Sisters in Cloth. The exhibit runs from September 8 through October 28, 2016 with an opening reception on Thursday, September 15 from 6 to 8 p.m., which is open to the public. The Gallery is located at 250 Flat Rock Place, Westbrook. Sisters in Cloth is a fiber arts group of 14 women who live along the Connecticut Shoreline. The group, which began nearly 20 years ago, retains many of its original members. Sisters in Cloth has been featured in Quilting Arts magazine and some of the artists have had their work published and shown internationally.
