The Adam Stanton House held a Tea Party Fundraiser Sunday September 29th.  The high tea menu included scones, lemon curd, tea sandwiches, desserts, and a variety of tea. Proceeds from the event benefit the Stanton House for its roof repairs

Friends of the James Blackstone Memorial Library held its annual used book sale on the Branford Green Thursday, Sept. 26 through  Sunday, Sept. 29.   Over 70,000 books, CDs, DVDs in all genres: mystery, biography, science fiction, romance, historical fiction, self-help, how to, and more were on hand.

The Friends of the James Blackstone Memorial Library assists in supporting the library through a variety of fundraising activities.

The North Haven Rotary Club held its 19th annual North Haven Rotary Wine, Steins, and Roses Festival Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Forget Me Not Flower Shop in North Haven. The event is a fundraiser for a multitude of community service projects the club supports.

The 2019 Guilford Fair was held this past weekend Friday, September 20th till Sunday, September 22nd at the Guilford Fairgrounds. First established in 1859, The fair is ConnecticutþÄôs 2nd oldest agricultural fair.
