Madison Celebrates Papa Joe Appreciation Day

Joseph Barbato, known to most as Papa Joe, Madison’s long-time Good Humor ice-cream truck man, has retired. On Oct. 7, the town was invited to a special Papa Joe Appreciation Day at the American Legion Hall.
