Whelen Engineering Gives Warm Send-Off for Special Olympics Torch Run

Special Olympics Torch started its shoreline run on June 9 at Whelen Engineering with a send-off from all the employees who came out to see the runners and crew head off toward Old Saybrook and then on to New Haven. The Special Olympics games took place in Greater New Haven from June 9 to 11.
