Live Streaming Online Meditation Classes from Odiyana Center, with Resident Teacher Gen Khyenwang. During this challenging time, with increased fear and anxiety, we can improve our mental and physical well-being by developing a peaceful state of mind, both in and out of meditation.
Classes included guided meditations and practical advice to carry into daily life. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
Weekly Class Schedule: Tuesday 12:15pm; Wednesday 12:15pm and 7:00pm; Thursday 12:15pm; Friday 12:15pm and Sunday 10:30am.
