Incoming 7th, 8th and 9th graders in Deep River, Chester and Essex can explore their environment through art, farming, adventure and cooking with Tri-Town Youth Servicesí Summer Co-op program, with trips to area venues for adventurous team work at Empower and Brownstone; harvesting fresh produce at White Gate and Upper Pond farms; discovering useful plants and animals at Miegs Point and Bushy Hill; seeking themes in an art scavenger hunt at Lyman Allyn; learning botanical sketching; and cooking harvested produce to create a tasty lunch.
