Connecting People To Information and Services Ö quickly and simply, all in one place. Thatís the concept that brings representatives of Branfordís social services and helping agencies together, the second Wednesday of each month. Experts are available to provide information about their specific services, or make an office appointment, or assist with navigation to other resources. Just drop in. There is a wealth of resources and information, on every topic that impacts peoplesí lives. Knowing where to start, getting to the right expert, can be a real challenge. Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge and information that comes together under one roof. Each month a particular topic is highlighted - perhaps a guest expert will be on hand for Q&A.

Branford Cares Connects will have representatives to assist with medical/healthcare, housing, transportation, early childhood development, elder care, behavioral health, education, job training, work, food, clothing and utilities, and more. Participants include Branford Counseling Center, Branford Early Childhood Collaborative, Branford Food Pantry/Feed Branford Kids, BHCare, BHCare Clothing Bank, Branford Family Resource Center, Canoe Brook Senior Center, Community Dining Room, East Shore District Health, ERACE, James Blackstone Memorial Library, New England Conservation Services, Orchard House, SARAH, Shoreline Elder Care Alliance, Trinity's Closet, and VNA Community Healthcare, Women & Family Life Center, and more. Others may join, come see for yourself.
