Tuesday, April 28
• A 57 year-old man of Windswept Ridge Road at arrested at 10:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the fourth degree and fraudulent use of an automatic teller machine. He was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.
• A 31 year-old Groton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:59 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, failure to have insurance, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway after the 2011 Mazda 3 he was operating westbound on Main Street left the roadway and struck a mailbox and an AT&T utility pole located off the right shoulder in front of #700 Main Street. He was transported to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Clinic in Westbrook for valuation.
