East Haven Police Incident Report for Oct. 3 to 5
Friday, Oct. 3
• A 52 year-old man of Silver Sands Road was arrested at 3:21 p.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order. In the same incident a 43 year-old man of the same residence was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:4 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. Each party was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.
• A 21 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree, risk of injury to a minor, and possession of less four ounces of marijuana. He was processed on a combined $5,000 bond amount.
Saturday, Oct. 4
No arrests were made.
Sunday, Oct. 5
• A 29 year-old Madison man was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.
• A 46 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, criminal trespass in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.
