Stack - Lankau

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Stack of Ledyard and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lankau of South Setauket, N.Y. are pleased to announce the marriage of their children, Heidi Kathleen Stack to John Albert Lankau. John and Heidi were married on Oct. 22, 2011 at St. Patrick Church in Mystic. Father Kevin Reilly officiated the ceremony.

Maids of honor were Abbey Beckwith and Kathleen Cannon; friends of the bride. Best men were Daniel Guberman and Brian Worthington; friends of the groom. Following the ceremony a reception was held at Lake of Isles Country Club.

Heidi is a graduate of Ledyard High School and John is a graduate of Ward Melville High School in Setauket, N.Y. Heidi and John met at and graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. Heidi received her Juris doctorate from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and is an attorney at the law firm Latham & Watkins. John received his master's of science at the George Washington University and is a cyber security engineer at SRA International.

The new Mr. and Mrs. Lankau honeymooned in Hawaii. They currently reside in Arlington, Va.
